Join us as a Sales and Administrative Assistant at our leading kitchen cabinetry wholesale business. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our Sales Representative, ensuring effective client communication, and aiding our business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Email Management: Efficiently handle, prioritize, and respond to incoming emails.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to showroom clients, handle inquiries, ensure satisfaction, and distribute surveys.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Organize and schedule showroom appointments, keeping the Sales Representative’s calendar orderly.
  • Sales Support: Aid in sales tasks, engage with potential showrooms, document meetings, and follow up on commitments.
  • Route Planning: Strategize daily routes for Sales representatives to boost efficiency.
  • Documentation: Keep precise records of meetings, conversations, and client interactions.
  • Market Research: Research to find new showrooms and business prospects.
  • Personal Assistant Tasks: Handle occasional personal tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
     

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English with an American accent.
  • Knowledge of cabinet terminology and sizes (training available).
  • Comfort with basic computer software; 2020 design software experience preferred (training available).
  • Openness to training and task adaptability.
  • Trustworthiness and reliability in handling confidential information.
