IT Resources is looking for a System Support Analyst to join a team of important lab
Job Missión:
- Perform production support, administrative and maintenance duties for assigned IT Marketing & Sales (mobile and Web applications).
- Work and communicate on issues/requests from application users.
- Understand existing applications/systems and their underlying architecture in assigned area of responsibility.
- Produce documentation as assigned in support of operational activities.
Requirements:
- At least 3 year of experience in IT Application Operational Support or System Analyst roles in multinational companies
- English advanced level
- Experience in troubleshooting knowledge
- SQL experiencie
- Web and mobile (iOS and Android) applications use
- Basic network knowledge
- GraphSQL (Nice to have)
- Jira and Confluence (Nice to have)
