o Mainly participate in OPS activities associated with Securonix application areas and provide assistance in project activities when required.
o Perform tier 3 problem escalation.
o Interface with stakeholders to understand their systems needs and support model, and troubleshoot issues.
o Coordinate with vendors for critical support requirement
o Respond and resolve the incidents within the agreed SLA.
