Se necesita Recruitment & Mobility Analyst

We are looking for a Recruitment & Mobility Analyst for a Shared Service Center, who will be responsible for providing and implementing the R&M processes and supporting the delivery of the company's comprehensive recruitment and mobility processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of R&M procedures covering areas such as: sourcing, detection, incorporation, international assignments and global relocations, among others.
- Facilitate the development, review and make suggestions on the content of the role profile.
- Create, update and fill job offers in the recruitment management systems and online supply channels.
- Collect, track and tag the movement of applications in the recruitment management systems (RMS)
- Facilitate the administration of tools and platforms related to recruitment, such as recruitment management systems, job boards, career sites, etc.
- Collaborate with People Systems to maintain data integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field of studies.
- Experience in the delivery of recruitment and mobility processes and technologies.
- Experience in recruitment management systems throughout the company, such as SuccessFactors, viRecruit, PageUp, Taleo, etc.
- Experience in working in a shared service environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in an accelerated and dinamic environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
