Financial Reporting Analyst Globant – Capital Federal , Buenos Aires

Right now, we are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Finances team!

You will get the chance to:

• Produce a wide variety of financial reports and contribute to Globant’s Planning and controlling processes. 

• Produce Salary and other cost distributions. 

• Analyze consolidated P&L on a monthly basis (comparing with previous month and budget). 

• Deliver quantitative and timely financial reports to appropriate audiences. 

• Produce profitability analysis for each Region, portfolio, project and Customer. 

• Provide support to other key areas (People-payroll-compensation, IST, purchases, etc), new acquisitions (M&A) and Finances areas to improve in all tasks related to the Finance process, to gain efficiency. 

• Provide feedback to Staff areas or Operation folks on cost inquires and correct cost allocations. 

• Participate in improvements projects related to Planning team or Finance process as well. 

• Contribute to Quarterly Forecasting Process & Yearly Budgeting Process.
