Se necesita Client Account Manager TNS
The main objective of AM rol is to generate growth of its accounts contributing to the commercial success of its team. This objective is achieved through their own contribution and that of their team members, building strong relationships with customers, adding value in the research programs that they lead and generating new business in their accounts. The AM is responsible for guiding, advising and developing its team.
•Respond to client needs through the management and administration of the available resources, complying with high quality standards and looking for efficiencies permanently.
•Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
•Oral results presentation to clients.
•Become a trusted advisor of our clients.
•Generate businesses that respond to the billing goals assigned to the team.
•Constant monitoring and revision of research projects in progress.
•Requires at least 5 years of experience in market research or similar charges. Preferably with experience taking responsibility of people in charge. Analysis and oral presentations to clients, leadership of research projects and account development and project negotiations.
