Dictum TS searching for an Account Executive for a part-time position, with an option to remote work. The position of Account Executive is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients.
- Research prospective clients through several strategies including internet research, referrals, various professional directories, personal investigation, etc.
- Source and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means
- Effectively grow existing customer relationships with clients
- Generate daily outreach efforts to prospective clients
- Develop project budgets and create proposals while also managing price negotiations
- Set and manage client expectations while consulting with each client for best practices
- Develop a strategy to achieve goals
- Manage and control pricing and contractual issues
- Develop an effective understanding of the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of the linguistic services that we offer.
- Bilingual English skills.
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience in the Translation and Localization sector strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective time management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable in a multicultural environment and open to new challenges
