Hello;

 

We are loking for a HR Assistant to join our team; The successful candidate will provide first-line assistance and HR delivery to all employees in our firm on general HR related matters which include a wide range of administrative, compliance and talent sourcing duties. The role will require the HR Manager to liaise and communicate with candidates and employees on a wide range of recruitment related issues.  

 WORK FROM HOME

Responsibilities will include:   

  • Manage the company-wide recruitment program including defining position requirements, job competencies and candidate profiles, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, developing and conducting assessment centres and negotiating contracts   
  • Responsible for international Training Program in coordination with Department Team Leaders  
  • New Entry Management; implementing the integration and induction process of new employees and secondees as well as Exit Management   
  • Advisor to management and first point of contact for employees on all aspects of HR, employee and labor law relations   
  • Contribute to HR projects; develop HR concepts and approaches   
  • Manage everyday HR administration including maintenance of effective HR records and liaising with payroll department to ensure accurate payroll execution   
  • Execute all contracting for our freelancers  
  • Vendor Management, Vendor Hiring, Vendor Quality Evaluation, Vendor Training  
  • Vendor Partner Program management  
  • Contribute to HR policies and guidelines to ensure clear understanding of working environment   
  • Manage relationship and compliance of service with external service providers 

 

-Profile  

Fluent English; 

Previous experience working in HR, employment law regulation knowledge or willing to obtain this knowledge a MUST  

Excellent Microsoft office skills, (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  

Educated to a degree level or equivalent  

Organised, team-player, accurate, friendly  

Excellent communicator   Great IT skills
